Came by the other day with some coworkers after seeing they had a $1 wing special (dine-in only). Bonchon is known for their Korean Fried Chicken, and they definitely deliver on that crispy goodness. I went with the Yangnyeom and Soy Garlic sauces—both packed with flavor and hit the spot. For a buck each? That’s a steal.
I also tried their chicken sandwich with fries and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was juicy and flavorful—not dry at all. They’ve got happy hour drink deals too, which is a nice bonus.
The shop is on the smaller side, so there might be a wait depending on when you go. But overall, when I’m craving KFC in the SGV, this spot is high on the list.

The crispy wings and seasoned fries are customer favorites!! These wings are double fried and their signature sauces are brushed on. It’s crunchy, sweet, spicy, salty and tangy!
I couldn’t resist trying one of their new menu items: bulgogi Tteokbokki. The best of both worlds! So savory! The perfect chewy bite!!
Don’t miss out on their Korean corn dog, pork belly bao buns, and crispy, spicy chicken sandwich!!

The food is so delicious here!! The fries were crunchy, the meat sweet and flavorful, and the sauce was good! The tacos are delicious too especially the spicy ones. At the end we had a donut for dessert and it was warm and sweet. Perfect to end our dinner. Our waiter was very amiable and attentive. He gave us suggestions and was very nice! Definitely will be returning.

Dropped by Bonchon in San Gabriel with my brother for a late dinner, and it definitely hit the spot. We started with the bulgogi fries—perfect portion to share, and the sauce was on point. Only thing we wished for was a little more bulgogi on top.
For the main event, we ordered the medium combo (8 wings and 4 drumsticks) with soy garlic and spicy flavors. Both were insanely good. You could tell they took the time to hand-brush the sauce on each piece—the chicken was fully coated, super crispy, and addicting. Every bite had us going back for more.
We added pickled radish on the side, which was a smart move—it helped refresh our palate between the two bold flavors. For drinks, we tried the Terra beer from Korea, and it paired perfectly with the fried chicken.
One last thing worth mentioning—they squeezed us in 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. Total MVPs for that. Honestly, one of the best spots for fried chicken in the SGV. We’ll definitely be back.

The exact time when you enter this place the waiters/waitresses are very welcoming. They immediately take your order when your ready. Food takes a little long to get to you but that's ok. They bulgogi fries were DELICIOUS. The soy garlic boneless wings were good but need more sauce. was a little dry. But recommend coming to this place

I had BonChon many times in Thailand but this is the first time in USA and everything was different. This place has a local and cozy vibe. The server was very friendly and the food was more well-rounded than just fried chickens.
The fried chicken was nice still, and worth ordering. The coating was thin and flaky. Inside was very juicy. I went when they had $1 wings promotion and I think it's still ongoing. This promotion made it really worth it. The pickled radish goes better than the coleslaw as a side to me.
The bibimbap was very good too and it’s priced by which protein you pick. The Korean corn and corn dog didn’t stand out to me, but I think the food overall still deserve 5 stars.

Loved the wings!
2/2026:
Dropped by on a Sat night for some wings, bao buns, and soju. Everything tasted good per usual. This place never dissapoints!
8/2025:
I came during their $1 wing special in July.
I tried the spicy BBQ, spy garlic, yangnyeom, and regular flavored wings. They were all good. I liked the Korean BBQ the most (very sweet and savory) and the plain one the least. They have beer on tap for decent prices, too.
Customer service was good considering the place was packed.
There's parking but the lot was packed. Most of the customers were from this restaurant too. I ended up parking on the street to save time.

This is a great place to relax to watch sports while dining. You can sit at the bar or at a table. You can see the screens from there, as well. They have great korean fried chicken. My favorites are the soy-garlic and for spicy, get their yang-yum flavor which has sweet heat. Parmesan fries are another hit at this place. Don't forget their radish to eat with their wings, they go together nicely!! They have wide selection of other korean comfort foods or snacks, like an after school snacks for kids, like the spicy rice cake. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for delicious korean fried chickens!!

Been meaning to come by to try them out for a while now, I’m glad to have had a chance to eat here today.
The vibe is pretty chill, the service was friendly and excellent. I ordered 10 of their $1.00 wing + soda I should have ordered the max of 15 wings, (5 soy garlic and 5 Yangnyeom) both taste good!, I may also order their fries next time.
The place has a sports bar kind of vibe and kept clean

I love this place! It’s very popular in Korea and I first tried it in Boston! Their chicken is very crispy and tasty! I love the double frying, making the chicken really crunchy ! They also have other Korean food options and side dishes. All the food that I got was really good and tasty!
They have a lot of options for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink.
The service is amazing, friendly and food came out really fast.
The ambiance is casual, plenty of seating inside and they have plenty of tv at the bar and the regular seating as well! Perfect place to hang out, drink and watch your favorite sports game.
They also have a deal going on Every Monday-Thursday All Day $1 wings limited 15 wings per person max . I would definitely comeback here to try other dishes and chicken flavors.
